  2. Bowl mein gram flour add karein..
  3. All cutting ki hoi vegetables and all spices add karein coriander seeds, anar dana and fenugreek ko hath mein masal kar add karein. Yogurt add karein aur Pani dal Kar baisan ko achy se mix karein..

  5. Frying pan mein oil garam karein. Aur pakoray fry karein on medium flame. Aik pakora phlye bana ke taste kar lain agr Kuch kami ho tu add Kar lain..
  6. Plate mein kitchen towel tissue rakhein aur phir pakoray rakhein serve hot with ketchup and dahi ki green chutney. Enjoy ????.
