Method: Chop your vegetables and wash it in a colander. Put this in a mixing bowl, add salt, turmeric, garam masala and chilli powder. Now add fennel and cumin seeds in this. Now add kasuri methi leaves, salt and baking powder in this. Add in gram flour and rice flour in this and mix well.
